"I have to thank Loan for the exceptional, one of a kind experience.
I know we will never receive that service again from anyone and I am blessed to have been there to witness her interaction with my son.
Loan took the time to learn about Eli on a deep and artistic level. They communicated in their own language and I honestly think they both took away something meaningful from this.
